England, Inc. warrants to the original retail purchaser all frames and reclining mechanisms to be free from manufacturing defects for the normal useful life of the product upholstered in its original fabric under normal use and conditions.
Ten Year Limited Warranty
England, Inc. warrants to the original retail purchaser the DuraCushion® not to lose in excess of 10% of the original height standard of the cushion for a period of ten years under normal use and conditions. Please do not confuse loss of foam height with softness. Softness is a design feature in all of our products. To insure proper performance, reversible cushions should be rotated and turned every sixty days. According to warranty guidelines, claims of cushion foam defect are subject to proper evaluation at England, Inc.’s discretion. Specific evaluations and results, as well as ownership rights remain at England, Inc.’s discretion on all returned items.
Five Year Limited Warranty
England, Inc. warrants to the original retail purchaser the springs, legs, casters, glider mechanisms, sleeper mechanisms, and sleeper mattresses to be free of manufacturing defects for five years under normal use and conditions.
One Year Limited Warranty
England, Inc. warrants to the original retail purchaser the upholstery fabric and leather for one year against wear under conditions of normal care and use. (However, this warranty does not cover fading, pilling, shrinking, colorfastness, commercial dye lot variations, or wrinkling and is not valid where there is evidence of heavy soiling.)
Optional Component Warranty
England, Inc. warrants to the original retail purchaser the optional component item to be free of manufacture defect under normal care and use as follows:
Air Sleeper Mattress for one year.
Power Upgrade to mechanism for one year.
Visco Sleeper Mattress for three years.
Service
England, Inc. guarantees to the original retail purchaser that we will repair or replace (including by substituting a different part), after proper inspection and at our option in our sole discretion, any part or any parts of our product which fail to perform properly because of manufacturing defects for the period of time from the date of purchase as set forth in the above warranties.
To obtain service, contact your retailer. England, Inc. will honor reasonable and customary labor charges only for a period of one year from the original date of sale for the purpose of repair or replacing warranty parts. Your retailer will contact England for service in the determined event of a warranted manufacturing defect. Merchandise to be returned to the plant for service will be picked up at the retailer’s store via England truck. Transportation arrangements between your home and your retailer should be made by you and your retailer. Any charges for transportation other than England truck are not covered by these warranties.
Limitations and Exclusions
These warranties are made to you, the original purchaser from an authorized England dealer, and do not cover furniture purchased second-hand or distressed. These warranties do not apply to furniture that has been subject to abuse, abnormal use, or improper care. The warranties do not apply to rental, business, commercial, institutional or other non-residential uses.
THESE WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ENGLAND,
INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES,
EVEN IF IT HAS REASON TO KNOW IN ADVANCE THAT THEY ARE POSSIBLE AND IN NO EVENT WILL
ENGLAND’S RESPONSIBILITY EXCEED THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURED COST.
These warranties give you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of damages, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. England, Inc. does not authorize anyone, including its dealers, to create for it any other warranty, obligations, or liability in connection with this product.
* Limited lifetime warranty applicable for up to ten years from original purchase, the expected lifetime of said product.

GARANTIE LIMITÉE 10 ANS
England inc. garantie à l`acheteur initial que les cousins de siège DuraCushion ne perdra pas plus que 10 % de son hauteur original pendant une période de 10 ans sous condition d’usage normale. Le confort moelleux naturel du siège ne devrait pas être confus avec la perte d`hauteur. Le confort moelleux du siège est un element du design du mobilier, pour assurer une longévité normale. Il est donc conseillé de faire une rotation de vos coussins tous les 60 jours. England inc. se réserve le droit à être le seul à évaluer la condition du produit et la garantie sera à la discrétion du manufacturier. Les évaluations spécifiques et les résultats, même que les droits de propriété, reste à la discrétion d’England inc. sur tout produit retourné.
GARANTIE LIMITÉE 5 ANS
England inc. garantie à l`acheteur initial les ressorts, les pattes, les roulettes, les mécanismes berçants, les sofas lit et les matelas contre tous défauts de la fabrication et des matériaux sur conditions d`usage normale pendant cinq ans.
GARANTIE LIMITÉE 1 AN
England inc. garantie à l`acheteur initial le revêtement de tissu et / ou de cuir de qualité sur vos meubles et fait l`objet d`une garantie limitée d`un an contre les défauts. ( Cependant, cette garantie ne comprend pas la décoloration, le boulochage, le raccourcissement, la teinture grand teint, les variations commerciales de teinture, ou les plis et n’est pas valide quand il y a d’évidence de salissure excessive ).
GARANTIE LIMITÉE 1 AN
ENGLAND Inc garantie à l'acheteur original que les composantes optionnelles sont libres de défaut de fabrication selon une utilisation normale:

SERVICE
England inc. garantie à l`acheteur initial uniquement que nous réparons ou remplaçons ( pièce de substitution incluse ), après notre propre inspection à notre discrétion, la pièce ou les pièces sur notre produit qui échoue à cause d’un défaut de fabrication du temps de garantie expliqué au-dessus.
Pour obtenir du service, veuillez communiquer avec le marchand où vous avez fait votre achat. England inc. va honorer les demandes raisonnables et habituelles de la main-d’ouvre pour une période d’un an exclusive de la date d’achat. Le marchand va contacter England inc. pour le service si c’est determine que c’est un défaut de manufacture. Toutefois, si la réparation exige que le produit soit retourné à l`usine, le coût de l`emballage et de l`expédition à l`usine est la responsabilité de l`acheteur
initial. Un arrangement avec votre marchand est possible seulement avec le transporteur de England inc.

Ces garanties sont à vous exclusivement, l’acheteur initial d’un marchand autorisé d’England inc., et n’appliquent pas aux produits d’occasion ou de bouleverse. Ces garanties n’appliquent pas aux meubles qui ont été soumis à l’abuse, l’usage anormale, ou l’attention impropre. DE SURPASSER LES COÛTS ORIGINALS DU MANUFACTURIER.

England, Inc. garantiza al vendedor original la tela y el cuero contra defectos por un año bajo cuidado y uso normal. Sin embargo, esta garantía no incluye que el cuero se descolore, pele, encoje, ni se arrugue. Tampoco incluye la variacion del lote de tinte comercial usado en el cuero o la tela; asi mismo esta garantía no es válida si hay evidencia de suciedad.
GUARANTIA DE COMPONENTE OPCIONAL
England, Inc. garantiza al vendedor original que todos los componentes opcionales (si se utiliza con cuidado y con condiciones normales) contra defectos de fábrica de la siguiente manera:

El colchón visco de sofá cama por tres años limitados.
SERVICIO
England, Inc. garantiza al vendedor original que reparemos o reemplazaremos (incluyendo por sustitución de otra parte), después de la inspección apropiada y a nuestra opción, cualquier parte o partes de nuestro producto que no funcione correctamente por causa de defectos de fabrica en el período de tiempo desde la fecha de compra como explica las garantías ya mencionadas.
Para obtener servicio tiene que ponerse en contacto con su vendedor. England, Inc. honrará costos de labores razonables y usuales por solo un período de un año después de la fecha de compra original por el propósito de reparar o reemplazar partes de garantía. Su vendedor se pondrá en contacto con England, Inc. para darle servicio al producto en el evento determinado que sea un defecto de fabrica. La mercadería que necesite ser devuelta a la fábrica para servicio será recogida por un camión de England. Las medidas de transportación entre su casa y su vendedor debe ser planeadas por usted y su vendedor. Las garantías no cubren los costos de transporte más que los del camión de England, Inc.
LIMITACIONES Y EXCLUSIONES
